Our mission

Our mission is to identify, develop, and optimize high-potential energy ecosystems—bridging physical infrastructure with AI and IoT intelligence to deliver resilient, cost efficient, and sustainable solutions, and transforming these innovations into scalable tools that improve operations across in industries

Our history

We began in 2018 building AI software, but quickly realized that scaling a standalone SaaS model demands significant capital—for validation, go-to-market, and especially infrastructure, where compute, energy, and GPU access come at high cost and scale thresholds. To overcome these constraints, we pivoted to integrating AI with the infrastructure it depends on—developing high-efficiency ecosystems that co-locate renewable natural gas power, advanced data centers, and controlled-environment agriculture. We engineered a modular approach to reduce both time and capital required to scale, anchored by our innovation hub where AI and IoT continuously optimize real-world operations and power the development of specialized AI Agents. Today, we commercialize these capabilities as scalable solutions, enabling enterprises and hyperscalers to deploy intelligent, efficient, and resilient infrastructure.

Why Integrated Energy Ecosystem?

Operating integrated sites that combine energy production, data centers, and AI-driven greenhouses creates a level of value that standalone systems cannot achieve—it enables closed-loop optimization across energy, compute, and biological systems. By co-locating and interconnecting these assets, energy is no longer just consumed; it is continuously reused, redirected, and monetized—for example, using waste heat for greenhouse cultivation, CO₂ for plant growth, and AI to dynamically allocate power between compute and agriculture based on demand and pricing. This drives significantly higher total system efficiency, lower operating costs, and improved asset utilization.


The true differentiation comes from layering AI and IoT-driven intelligence across the entire ecosystem, enabling real-time co-optimization of yield, energy cost, and market timing. Instead of optimizing each vertical in isolation, the system continuously finds the highest-value operating point across all interconnected assets, maximizing profit per unit of energy, water, and time. This integrated, intelligence-driven approach transforms infrastructure into a self-optimizing, revenue-generating platform—delivering superior profitability, resilience, and scalability compared to traditional siloed operations.
